We're known to offer awesome support on all our Magento themes and Magento Extensions. We just love getting these thank you emails with praises and exclamation marks!

But we need to put some limits to our support scope on our Magento products - otherwise we'd just spend all our time helping people out without getting paid and we'd end up going broke. That'd be pretty sad. So here's what we offer in terms of support:

We're here to help if any of our Magento themes and Magento Extensions presents any fault whatsoever which hinders it from appearing and/or performing as described (or as seen on the live demo sites and screen-shots we provide).

Support period

We provide awesome support on our Magento themes and Magento Extensions for up to 6 months after the purchase.

Dedicated support forum

We put together the most vibrant Magento support forum at MagentoExpert.com where you can find the answer to your question or ask a new question. There's a great community of Magento experts eager to help you! We participate in these forums every day so it's by far the fastest way to get support.

Help desk

For more complex issues we have a handy help desk which you can access via your account center. If you're going to submit a support ticket there, make sure to include the following info together with your detailed support question:

• FTP info to your Magento root folder
• Magento admin access

Please allow 2 or 3 business days for 1-on-1 professional support via the help desk.

When we can't guarantee support

These are the limits to our support scope:

Errors or problems have arisen due to customization

We offer Magento theme customization at our hourly rate so feel free to reach out if you're interested. We work with a lot of our customers on custom requests with great success. But please understand that we can't offer any customization, or assistance with customization, through our support channels.

Still though you can try to post your customization question at MagentoExpert.com. We often like to surprise our customers with helpful answers ;).

Issues occurring due to upgrade

We simply can't offer help for Magento upgrades that are not performed or provided by us.

Issues and questions not related to our Magento themes and extensions

Questions or issues that are not expressly related to our Magento themes and Magento Extensions are outside our support scope. We can help at our hourly rate though - and for most people that's a really good option that's worth every penny!

To be clear, we're talking here about questions related to hosting, or regarding setting up, managing, and maintaining a Magento website, and all questions related to the Magento platform.
