1. What files does the theme include?
Themes purchased from Magento Expert include all files needed to make the current version of Magento look exactly like the demo sites in our catalogue. This includes all content images and CMS pages. The complete Magento platform may be obtained directly from http://www.magentocommerce.com/. All original PSD files are also included for the event that you should wish to do any customization on your own.
2. What software will I need to use my theme?
The download package includes only those files necessary for customization, so the latest version of Magento will need to be downloaded from the author. An FTP transfer program will also be necessary to upload the files to your hosting server. If you intend to do any further customization on your own, it is recommended that you use a code editor such as Dreamweaver.
3. What browsers are compatible with the themes?
Although we do not guarantee 100% browser-compatibility, all of our themes are tested thoroughly in all major browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Google Chrome.
4. Do you offer custom design?
Absolutely!
